Advantages of Doing Facial Exercises Over other Anti-Aging techniques

As for the cheeks, you can pull down on your cheeks while trying to smile as hard as you can. Keeping the head tilted backwards further helps in stretching the muscles in this area. These exercises must be done with 10 or more repetitions to have an effect on the muscles.

Doing facial exercises will not immediately give you the results that you are looking for. It will require some time and patience before you will start seeing some significant changes in your face. Facelifts and other procedures may have an instant effect, while wrinkle creams may take some weeks to produce some significant results. Exercises on the other hand, may take a few months. On the bright side, exercises are a more natural way of getting rid of wrinkles, and you won’t be putting any artificial chemicals on your face that may have some negative effects on the future.

Applying wrinkle creams will take a few minutes each day and doing exercises will not take a lot more time.
